Ledyvas Enterprise is a desktop ERP built for tourism, excursion and multi-destination restaurant operations. It records the daily operation and, instead of passing data by hand to the accountant, sends it on its own to QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books or Odoo.

Connects to the client's accounting account over the internet and sends journal entries, invoices, expenses and payments on its own, with no file exports or imports. It can sync automatically every night.
Tax per document
On every purchase and sale you see the subtotal, the tax and the total with tax. Tax does not affect the margin.
File export
For accountants who use QuickBooks Desktop, Xero or Alegra: exports the transactions as a file, ready to import.
Margin by activity
What each excursion, destination or activity earns, with the real cost of food, beverages and fuel per PAX.
6 languages, unlimited users
Spanish, English, Italian, French, Portuguese and Arabic (right to left). Users with roles, no per-user cost.
What it doesn't do
- It does not keep full accounting or do tax closings — that is done by your accounting software and your accountant. Ledyvas feeds it.
- It does not generate the DGII 606, 607 and 608 formats for the Dominican Republic — that is part of Ledyvas Ultimate.
- It is not cloud-based and does not work with several PCs on a network over the same data. Each installation is standalone; a business with two locations needs two licenses.
