After more than 40 years of international experience as a Food & Beverage manager and in operations management and business control (hospitality, tourism, catering and distribution), I developed Ledyvas with a clear goal: to give every business control over its operations and its data, so it can make better decisions. Every feature was born from a real problem that needed solving.
Ledyvas is in active development, with frequent updates and direct support. It works alongside your accounting, it doesn't replace it: it runs the operations and hands clean data to your accountant. The Enterprise and Ultimate editions connect directly, through API, to QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books and Odoo; Enterprise also exports accounting files for QuickBooks Desktop, Xero and Alegra, and Ultimate prepares the DGII tax reports for the Dominican Republic. My commitment is for it to be a solid, honest tool that lives up to each client's business.
The origin of Ledyvas
Ledyvas was not designed in a product office. It was built from the reality of hospitality, tourism, catering and distribution operations, where every inventory or fuel error costs real money. That is why it solves things a generic ERP doesn't consider: how much to buy based on the day's demand, how to distribute across several destinations, how to audit a fleet's consumption.
That operational foundation is combined with more than four decades of international experience in management control, and with a clear decision: Ledyvas works alongside the client's accounting software instead of competing with it. The result is a practical tool, ready to grow with each company and backed by continuous improvement and direct support.
With the same logic, Food Cost, Nutrition Coach and Smart List came later: AI-powered apps for recipe costing, sports nutrition and shopping lists.
